Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number and name, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We also don’t save any credit card information in our Websites for safety.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please be assured that your items will ship out from US directly. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS). P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.

REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within three (3) business days upon receipt of the request and confirmation. All refund requests will be made in US currency and only for special discount, extra shipping fee for combine orders, warranty replacement and order cancellation. We are not responsible for the loss of currency exchange, bank charge, or processing fee for the refund.
Return Policy
All products are custom made. We don’t provide any return policy.
Prescription Warranty Policy
The definition of prescription warranty is offered for replacement of the prescription errors for the same patient within 90 days. If we noticed the warranty exchange rate being persistently over 20%, we may only offer you non-warranty plan and start new policy without prior notice.
